Welcome and thank you for your interest in CMC Atlanta Day Camps

We've learned a quick overview of the Registration Form is helpful.  

To register, you should complete the following sections of the form:

• Step #1: provide the necessary basic info we need about you and your student(s)
• Step #2: please take a moment to choose your enrollment schedule choice.  We have four options:
• Option A: Weekly Enrollment provides for enrollment by the week, full or half day attendance Monday-Friday.  
• CMC Day Camp Immersion Enrollment Promotions provides generous tuition discounts for campers who attends 2 weeks or more, whether the student attends full or half day each week, or a mix of full and half day from week to week.  Immersion discounts are also available for Sibling Enrollment, enrollment with Buddies & Besties, and enrollment with a mix of Friends & Family.  
• Option B: Day Passes are used for attending camp on an ala carte enrollment, for example the first half of a weeklong camp or to come a day here and there throughout the camp season.  Full or half day options are available.  Option B is also used for short 1 and 2 day camps, i.e.., Election Day Camp or the two day Thanksgiving Break Camps.
• Option C: Summer Music School provides a discount if you choose to organize your Day Passes in a cyclical schedule, for example, come every Tuesday and Thursday for a month or more.  
• Step #3: Choose Private Lesson Option for the Camper, if you know (if not, no worries, we have time)
• Step #4: Tell us how you'd like to be billed-- payment in full now or a nonrefundable deposit now with balance due later.
• And finally, if you're interested in our other programs, let us know before submitting your form

After you submit the form, we'll process your Registration, set up your account if you're new to our community, and then send an invoice via email.  We usually complete these steps within 48 hours.  If you don't hear from us, please feel free to call (404) 614-0466 or email Camp@CMCAtlanta.com 

Please note: once a camp is full, we remove it as an option from this form, so if it's listed, it's still available.

Option A.  Enroll by the Week: Full or Half Day Attendance

Most CMC Atlanta Day Camps are organized and presented around a theme.  Themes allow us to focus students on projects and to clarify for parents and students alike the style of music and kinds of activities students will be engaged in.  Please use the listings below to choose your location(s) and the week(s) the student will attend.

• Full Day 9:00 am to 4:00 pm  ($425 per week, discounts available), includes FREE Extended day (drop off starts at 8 am, pick up by 6 pm)
• Half Day Morning 9:00 am to 12:30 pm ($300 per week, discounts available), includes FREE Extended day (drop off starts at 8 am)
• Half Day Afternoon 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm  ($300 per week, discounts availble), includes FREE Extended day (pick up by 6 pm)

SAVE ON TUITION.  CMC Atlanta Day Camp Immersion and Promotional Discounts

We offer generous discounts on camp tuition for:

• Multi-week Enrollment
• Sibling Enrollment  
• when a student enrolls or recruits and attends with Buddies & Besties, up to three unrelated students in a Buddies & Besties group
• when a student attends as part of a Friends & Family Group, includes siblings and up to one Buddy & Bestie each

We will automatically add up the number of weeks a student, siblings, members of a Buddies & Besties Group, or members of a Family & Friends Group is attending camp and apply discounts to invoices for the family or all families in groups at registration based on the information you provide, or we will make adjustments to future or pre-existing invoices if you add camps, add a sibling, or recruit a new camper via the Buddies & Besties or Friends & Family promotional discount offer.  You do not need to identify a family member or Buddy & Bestie at initial registration to be eligible for these discounts.   Please note: Limits, terms and conditions apply.  CMC Atlanta Directors retain the right to reject or cancel discounts that do not conform to the intended offer.

To determine tuition total and the weekly average, add up the number of weeks your student, sibling set, Buddies & Bestoes or Family & Friends Group is or will have attended camp.  When calculating Buddies & Besties and Friends & Family groups, each family is responsible for its portion of the total tuition as listed on the 2023 CAMP TUITION CHART below.  A specific limit on group discounts: the group discounts for a family in a Buddies & Besties or Friends & Family Group apply up to and end after the last student in a family has attended his or her last week of camp in 2023 even though discounts continue to accrue for members of the group who remain active in attending more camps.  If a student rejoins camps in 2023, the discounts are reactivated.       

Helpful hint: if you recruit one of your camper's friends, both you and the recruited student's family will save on tuition.  And you can provide info on the recruit any time.

Option B. Music Camp Day Pass for ala carte attendance

Use this option only if you'd like to enroll your student via a Music School Day Pass option.  This option allows you to pick attendance days ala carte, rather than enroll by full week.  For example, come to a camp from Monday through Wednesday only.  You should also use this option if you are enrolling in a camp that does not last a full week (for example, Election Day Camp, Thanksgiving Camp, Winter Break Camps).

• Full Day Pass, $85 per day: drop off begins at 8 am, pick up by 6 pm
• Half Day Pass, $60 per day: morning or afternoon 

IMPORTANT!  Please note:  Music School Day Pass spots are limited and offered on a first-come-first-served basis.  Spots are reserved by purchase, payment and then completion of this Music School Day Pass portion of the Day Camp Registration Form.  With rare exception, we require 24 hours notice of a parent's intent to use a Music School Day Pass.  The more advance notice you provide by completing this section of the form, the more likely it is there will be a spot open for a student.

Option C.  Summer Music School Option for Cyclical Day Pass Enrollment  

Use this option only if you'd like to enroll your student via a Music School Day Pass option but rather than coming a couple of days here or there, you'd like a more or less consistent schedule for a month or more.  The Summer Music School enrollment provides an option to attend on a cyclical schedule (for example, come every Tuesday and Thursday in the month of June, or every Wednesday all summer long) and to save on tuition.

• Full Day Pass, $85 per day: drop off begins at 8 am, pick up by 6 pm
• Half Day Pass, $60 per day: morning or afternoon         

Please note: we'll discount your Summer Music School invoice 7% if you enroll in 5 or more days.  

Tell us about the student's schedule. When would you like to start and end, and will there be any gaps in attendance?  For example: we'd like to come every Tuesday/Thursday in June and July but we'll be out of town the week of July 4. 

Choose Private Lessons (Step #3)

Enrolling by week?  All Day Camps include one private lesson on the instrument of choice/per week of enrollment.  Beneficial partner and small group lessons or coaching is also a routine part of our camp teaching process and varies depending on the student's age and educational needs as determined by Center faculty and administrators. 

Enrolling by Day Pass?  Camps include one private lesson per Full Day Pass or one lesson per every 2 Half Day Passes.

Not sure yet or worried you or your child will want to switch lessons?  No problem, choose "TBD (to be determined), unsure or other."  We just need to know the Friday before camp starts what studio lesson to assign for the camper.  And yes, you can switch during the summer if you're attending multiple weeks.    

What is the Explorers option?  Every summer parents tell us they want their child to try a couple of different instruments.  Some families come to camp knowing they want their student to take up the piano or guitar.  But many other families are not sure yet.  Our buildings are stocked with a variety of different instruments, and students have options throughout the day to try them out.  But if you want your camper's one-on-one time to fluctuate week to week so he or she can dig in to trying different options, and you're coming to camp for 2 weeks or more, you can choose the Explorers option and any combination of instruments and we'll design a private lesson schedule for the camper to try different things in the one-on-one time.  For those who choose the Explorers option, we recommend adding extra lessons for 2 or more private lessons per week.

Extra Lessons?

For an added fee, campers can have more than one private lesson per week or more than the number provided by the Day Pass allocation.  We charge $25 per extra 30-minute lesson.     

Payment Options (Step #4)

We accept credit cards online and checks via mail.  We offer these options for paying camp tuition:

• pay camp tuition in full at registration
• pay camp deposit now, and the full balance via auto draft the Friday before attending camp 
• if deposit is paid by check, a check for the balance can be brought in person the first day of camp

Once you submit your registration form, please allow 48 hours for invoice to be emailed to you.
