Program Registration

Welcome and thank you for your interest. This form can be used to enroll in:

  • Studio Lessons for a student of any age, at any CMC Atlanta location

  • the Afterschool Music Program (or AMP) for a student of any grade level, at any CMC Atlanta location

  • Saturday Music School for a student grades K-8, at any CMC Atlanta location

  • the Performance Workshop, for students grades 6 and up, at any CMC Atlanta location, for participation any time between August through May

  • Atlanta Music High Prep, for a student grades 5-8, for enrollment at CMC Brookhaven

  • Atlanta Music High School, for a student grades 9-12, for enrollment at CMC Brookhaven

PLEASE NOTE:

If you are interested in enrolling in any Day Camp for Kids (grades K-5), please use the Day Camp Registration Form instead.

If you would like to enroll a student in the Summer Performance Workshop (grades 6 and up, for participation in June and/or July), please use the Summer Performance Workshop Registration.

If you would like to enroll in the Gap and Apprenticeship Program, please use the GAP Registration Form.

Part 3. Payment Options (all students complete)

Tuition can be paid by Term or in monthly installments that are automatically drafted on the 15th of the month for the following month.

We accept new students at any time during the year.  Like many schools, we divide our calendar into terms: fall, winter/spring, summer.  If you're start date is midterm we will prorate your term balance to reflect the period of your participation.  If you start after the first week of the month, we will prorate your first month to reflect your start date.

We accept checks by Term, payable to CMC Atlanta and delivered in person.  We also accept credit and debit cards.  There is an administrative/processing fee added to all credit and debit card payments.
